All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. Please do not use this site or purchase products from us if you disagree with these terms and conditions.
The parts we sell are harvested from recycled and cosmetically damaged units. We do not make any guarantee that the part will be new, but we do guarantee that a technician will inspect all out-bound orders which also come with a 30-day warranty.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the part they are ordering is compatible with their set. We do not provide exchanges for parts that are ordered incorrectly. If you order by model number, generic board number, etc. and it can be confirmed that you have ordered the incorrect part for your specific TV, the part is considered not needed and is subject to a shipping return Fee.
Sending pictures of the part is the ONLY way we will make any guarantees as to the accuracy of the part number. While we WILL make our BEST ATTEMPTS at helping you identify your parts without images, those determinations are not backed up by any guarantees (such as waiving restocking or shipping fees, for example). We can use model numbers, serial numbers, version numbers, and factory suffixes from the TV model number stickers to attempt to find the correct part for you, however these methods are NOT as accurate as simply seeing the part and finding the part number from the part itself.
Original shipping costs are ALWAYS non-refundable as they are paid directly to the shipper to provide you with the delivery service.
You have 30 days after you receive your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number or request a free warranty replacement.
We do not offer replacements outside of the 30-day warranty as the odds of the part failing outside of the warranty is rare without there being another issue in the set causing said part to fail. We cannot process your return without a Return Authorization Number. You have 30 days after you get your RMA number to put your return package in the mail stream, or your RMA number will expire.
Your return, whether suspected defective or not, must be shipped back in a box and properly packaged with bubble wrap to prevent damages from the return shipping.
Returns that are determined to be "not needed" (example: the part in question was not causing the defect, or the wrong part was ordered) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the shipper to provide you with the delivery service.
Customers have 30 DAYS from the day they receive their part to file for a replacement or return.
ALL CUSTOMERS must fill out the Returns Request Form in order to receive an RMA #.
Once the form has been submitted, the Returns Department will reach out to the customer with further instructions via email.
The RMA # must be written on the outside of the box.
If you return a product without a Return Authorization Number written on the box, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to match the product with the order.
You have 30 days after you get your RMA number to put your return package in the mail stream, or your RMA number will expire.
If you receive a part that is suspected to be defective, you must allow us to honor our replacement warranty and send a replacement part. If a part is returned without allowing TV Parts Today to honor our replacement warranty, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee.

Refusing to attempt the repair using the part would make the part be considered not needed, which would be subjected to the 20% restocking fee & the customer would be responsible for the return shipping.
All TV parts are marked with distinctive identifiers to ensure that the parts we receive back are the ones we sent out.
If you accidentally return a part that is not ours, we will contact you via email, and if we do not hear anything back within two weeks, we will recycle the part and void the refund.
SPECIAL NOTES:
If you return a part WITHOUT SUBMITTING THE RETURN REQUEST FORM AND RECEIVING A RETURN MERCHANDISE NUMBER - and IF we can match the product with the order - the refund will consist of a 40% restocking fee due to voiding the terms that were agreed upon and the time/labor it took to track down the order/part/ etc.
You will not receive a refund if your return is not properly packaged, which means it must be in a box and wrapped in packing material (preferably bubble wrap). Returns sent back in envelopes will have their refund voided.
